Larry Lacey arrested again.

66-year-old Richard Larry Lacey of Wolf Creek was breaking windows and telling customers that he shut down the facility. They said he broke a window in the waiting room and climbed through it, shattering a glass vase over a female employee and spilling water on her.

Another employee of the Exit 71 Cannabis Club pulled out a taser, ordered Lacey outside and the locked the door. That’s where deputies contacted him and placed him into custody for Parole Violation from a previous marijuana manufacturing conviction. He was lodged in the Josephine County Jail on a parole detainer.
