The Grants Pass Daily Courier (most likely) picked up a report from another source and repeated it. 
What de DON'T know is the source. We know it was not a reliable source because:

What we do know is that many national news organizatons, after looking at the collected data, has reported that about 2.9 more voters chose Mrs. Clinton than Mr. Trump. 

Still...Mr. Trump is the legitimate winner, and rightful president of these United States of America. We understand the popular vote is of no real significance unless it also brings with it the electoral vote.

Holy shit, really?? This place is beyond tedious. It was an AP article picked up by the courier.. I did not say the courier reported anything. So you tell me who the hell is lying, is it the AP?? Or is it your crappy unnamed sources?? Or is the TRUTH that no one really has any damn idea and its just one big gusss with the number increasing depending on who reports and the agenda they are pushing.
