"Well, what do you know. When Donald Trump called United Technologies, the parent company of Carrier, to get them to hand him a PR win by keeping some jobs in the United States that had been slated to go to Mexico, he didn’t just call as the president-elect and the bully-and-briber-in-chief. He called as a stockholder."

If ever there was a man who is fully capable of stabbing himslelf in the back, it's Donald J. Trump. He just MIGHT do something so egregious that even a Republican congress could not save him. (Or perhaps a Republican congress who not be all that anxious to save him).

But, while the man is not well read and neglected his education after formal schooling, he is CLEVER. It could be one hell of a ride!

This can't be true. Trump sold all his stocks. I know for a fact cause he said so.

I heard him say it too... I think he said he sold them all back in June. He said he's never been much of a stocks guy, but he decided back then that things were going really terrifically well with his run for the Presidency; and it wouldn't be good for the President to have stocks. Not that he would let that affect his decisions, but it would look bad.
