Interesting woman.
And interesting that The Court ruled on this as a "privacy" case. Many feel it would have been best to have had a more sympathetic personality to argue and a more clear example of a "better" case for abortion.

But, it's in the books. So be it.

And now the court is going to have to deal with a man who claims he has a right to be heard if the woman he impregnates chooses to abort the fetus.

Well of course!
She was a Catholic convert.
After she was a lesbian.
After she was promiscuous.
After she was an alcoholic.
After she was a drug user.

She was a bit of everything.

Hey...why not pro life? Try everything once.  Razz

Are you saying that Jane Roe (AKA: Norma McCorvey) could not make up her mind?

Who really cares? Roe v. was an issue who's time had come. If not Roe it would have been someone else.

Yeah, that too. The woman was a tragic mess, got off to a bad start through no fault of her own and things only got worse after that. And still, she was used to change law when it might have been more fitting that someone else with a less messy life was made the test case.

Sounds like someone who shouldn't have kids.

True. Poverty is a disease, breeds more poverty, and far too few escape it to discover responsible lives. She was a mess. Born of a mess. Left a mess.
