But, a word of caution:

Still, Ms. Maddow smiled when told that some viewers say they turn to her as a source of sanity. “My standard response to that is, ‘That is a gossamer thread — you need to work on that in your life!’” she said, laughing. “I’m a TV show, and you shouldn’t depend on me. Anything can happen. Build up other sources of sanity.”

For the record, I've never watched her show for more than a couple of minutes. Am I missing something?

Maybe watch for 20 minutes. Missing something? I dunno, she's entertaining and a quick wit. Just don't expect to get any real news there. It's all one-sided Liberal stuff. I'm Liberal (I guess) but I like news not spoon fed opinion that is preaching to the choir.

Actually he is funny and I agree with a lot of his stuff. I think he's anti gun and I know he made bullshit claims and disrespected Steve Irwin no long after Erwin's  death.

He can be funny. And he's not stupid. But he's just another "one trick pony" who see's the world only from HIS prospective and won't tolerate other views no matter the facts.

I'll point out those shows aren't "News" they're are more rightly "Editorial" in nature, opinion pieces at best.
