Not sure but if I had to guess I'd say salsa on guacamole on prime rib? on French fries and cauliflower?

Crone is correct! Carne Asada Fries and I do believe it is Cotija Cheese. I knew Crone would love that one! We both know that Carne Asada Fries rock! Big Grin

Looks like Queso Fresco. Cojita is harder. I'm not sure about the fry part.Unsure

I haven't found Carne Asada Fries on the menu at any restaurant in Southern Oregon. I would imagine if a restaurant offers Nachos, Carne Asada and French Fries... they can build you some Carne Asada Fries! Smiling Fries topped with Carne Asada and then topped with all of the Nachos fixin's.
