Police seek man who took teen girl from Grant County - chuck white - 01-11-2014
Quote: Police are searching for a man who is believed to have taken a 16-year-old girl against her will from Royal City, Washington.
Police say the victim, Monica Helberg is white, about 5 feet 7 inches tall with brown hair and brown eyes, and is possibly with 22-year-old Miles Moncada.
Moncada is described as 6 feet 1 inch talll weighing 165 pounds and has brown hair and brown eyes.
Mondaca drives a yellow 2010 Ford Focus with California license plate 7AME520 and police fear he his heading to California.

Confusing? Restraining order issued for 16 yr old against a 21 yr old. Then an Amber Alert was issued because of her age, but then cancelled, now an Endanger Person advisory.
Parents of 16 yr old?
Sounds like case of infatuation with parents disapproval...brief glance.
