I saw on the news today that Buffalo NY has had over 70 inches of snow in the last few days and is expected to get 6 feet more through Thursday.

Okay. That's it. Not moving to Buffalo. (Reason 106)

They lie.
I drove over to Jacksonville yesterday. A bill damp, but tolerable. Razz

Not really.
In the summer of 814 I was having an affair with a Neanderthal chick who had a cozy little cave near a hot spring. Didn't get out much.

Charlemagne died that year, but we just couldn't make the funeral. Too far, and I'm sick and tired of walking but don't see any other real options. "Big Head" jumped from a cliff to see if flying would work. That didn't turn out so great.

And, the guy who comes around to report the news (say's he works for "The Times") says Charlemagne is kind of an asshole anyway. Maybe Charlemagne died of thirst.

Ease up.
I guess I'm just not all that interested in the weather in Hawaii. True, a 122 year old record is significant. Poor babies, maybe they will have to wear shirts. Now, had snow been reported I would have thought it noteworthy.

But when all is said and done, you are right. Record breaking. I think I'll mark it on my calendar. I'm certain you have. Big Grin

- Outside temperatures will have to be much lower before we close the schools, says school administrator Petter Asbjørn Balto to NRK.

- If it is 50 below or colder, the students may choose whether or not they want to go to school, Balto says.

Gee Chuck, weather report from Norway.
I guess I care. Oh no...wait: I don't really.
Unless you are suggesting something about "global not-warming?
What?

The thread is about "RECORD BREAKING WEATHER" and CW's post are about "RECORD BREAKING WEATHER".

Why is this thread and Chuck's posts such a freaking mystery to you?

Maybe I should only report, heat records being broke, only?

My understanding is 'global warming' will shake our weather, such that both cold and hot records will be broken.
