RE: Music - Valuesize - 03-24-2013 RE: Music - Valuesize - 03-24-2013 This may be better! imo RE: Music - bbqboy - 03-25-2013 RE: Music - cletus1 - 03-25-2013 RE: Music - Leonard - 03-29-2013 RE: Music - Larry - 03-30-2013 Give it a chance. A lot of talent. RE: Music - bbqboy - 03-31-2013 RE: Music - illcommandante - 03-31-2013 Wow is all I can say. Thanks to Larry for the bluegrass children. That was astounding. They aren't kids at this stage. They are contributors. Viable and important to our society. I've listened to a million old farts. who didn't have their licks down like those kids. What grant built that? What encouraged it? I know what. Those guys just took the ball, and ran with it. What's nice, is Bluegrass is developing the soul it was aiming for early on. I think Bill Monroe made it more sport than music. I think his guitarist, Mac Wiseman, is one of it's rescuers. In Oakie Pop, we kind of looked at bluegrass like a track event. But, it's climbed to an art form. I hope those kids are listening to Gillian Welch. These dark arts put the unlikliest people in bed, together.
