Have you tried ordering any of that on Amazon? Can you still buy alcohol? If so why couldn't people just wet a paper towel and use that for an antibacterial wipe?
Also I have a big box of lens wipes thingies. To clean glasses. It's alcohol, maybe you can still buy those.
