Most of these stories are about lawsuits that are just filed , not won or even taken to court.
I'm not saying they aren't amusingSmiling

Just wondering ,you didn't think Empire State Building was privately owned. You thought the government owned it?

I've never been east of the Mississippi River. I don't really know what's out there. I would have guessed it was some kind of national monument or something. Smiling ("State Building" - sounds like government at some level to me.) Laughing
