I'm just as surprised that you fall for any gibberish the trump camp feeds you.

It sounds like the Walmart bonuses aren't as generous as they'd like you to believe. The $1000 ones are only for the 20+ year employees.

Who stays at Walmart for twenty years?

I don't think I've stayed there more then twenty minutes. Once.

That's like a dollar for every week you worked at Walmart.

Big Grin  Love it! My local gym and pool always gets real busy with the New Year's resolution crowd. It usually lasts 4-6 weeks so I imagine the cheesecake sales will return to normal soon too.

LOL I can just see some guy or gal walking by that exercise equipment and seeing pictures of fit bodies and then eyeballing the cheesecake.

My mother retired at 72 years old after working the Customer Service desk at Wal-Mart for 18 years. She loved her job and the people she worked with and for.

Once posted someone can screen shot the post and then it lives on. If you delete the post then that tweet just disappears from Twitter. But a screen shot can prove the the tweet was posted.

I wonder, do you think a retweeted post would disappear also?

Yes there are a lot of people screenshotting in our (We the People) behalf.  Big Grin

Looks like I save $600.

I rather pay the extra $600 and have SFL pay his extra $2000 and not have social programs cut.

I hadn't heard that. Can you tell me what programs have been cut?  The way I understood the process, is that they had to "fund" the tax cuts to keep the current levels of revenue coming in.  In my mind, what would be cut in that case?  And funding the cuts means some pay less, and some pay more.  So in essence it isn't really tax cuts if the government doesn't make spending cuts and gets the same revenue. It's just a shift in who pays it.

You just had to wait for it.

Quote:The budget that President Trump proposed Monday takes a hard whack at the poorest Americans, slashing billions of dollars from food stamps, public health insurance and federal housing vouchers, while trying to tilt the programs in more conservative directions.

Quote:Congressional auditors say about 30 million people — 21 percent of U.S. taxpayers — will have to come up with more money to pay their 2018 taxes next year because their employers withheld too little from their paychecks under government tables keyed to the new tax law.

New tax withholding tables for employers were put together by the government early this year. About 30 million workers received pay that was “under-withheld” — making their paychecks bigger this year but bringing a larger bill at tax time next spring, according to the Government Accountability Office’s report.
