Parents of Alabama man mistakenly killed by cop react to no charges: "It's murder"
#1
The parents claim this was murder when it's blatantly obvious it was a terrible mistake.

A moment later, a responding Hoover police officer shoots and kills Bradford Jr.,  believing he was responsible for the mall shooting.

Bradford's family said he was trying to protect those around him.

IMO the police officer was doing the exact same thing.
So they are burning flags and saying "black lives don't matter" That comment means they think if the man was white and running with a gun the cops would not have shot him?
And "MURDER"? Do these people REALLY think this was intentional?

No difference then the recent event where a shooter was taken down by a CC guy. he had him on the ground with the gun pointed at him.
When the police arrived. That is what they saw. A guy with a gun pointed at a person on the ground. He was killed too.

When the police are there drop your gun, period.

Yeah if you carry a gun and you use it or brandish it you have to realize what a cop arriving might think.

If I'm thinking of the same situation you are there was a little more to the story. The one I am thinking of the guy didn't drop the weapon when he was ordered to do so.
