I would not, but not necessarily because of the note.

The note would drive me crazy. I would have to. (and I did).

And?

Crazy ass Mama bird and her fledgling.  Mama came storming out at me.  (serves me right)  I just can't accept no I guess.
Are you kidding?  Who would "close the box" on these birds?

I'm assuming they were protecting it?  Maybe baby had fallen from a nest and this was where someone put it to  protect it?

Yes I see that but a closed box? I've seen the same situation where the baby was put in a box that was half covered and the box was set on top of something several feet off the ground. Then the mama bird could still feed the baby.

Whomever wrote the note should have said "baby bird do not disturb"

I think there may have been some kind of thing on there about bird inside, but that didn't stop me. It made zero sense to me, in the middle of a parking lot in a busy supermarket.

It used to be I just saw people on the side of the road selling local honey out of their cars. Now I can hardly find the stuff.  Something happen?  If you say it's because of a bee shortage, can you provide some citation for that?

I hadn't noticed that. But now that you mention it, I've seen more honey bees in my yard this year then I've seen in several years.

Are you in this group?  I found one local seller who told me she had no more honey, her supplies were deleted.
