And it costs 75.000 new??  That's with no appliances and as far as I know not even running water or a toilet. Or heating and air conditioning.
For 43 grand you can buy a luxury travel trailer or even a motor home .. turn key
How in the hell is an empty 30 ft round room worth 75 THOUSAND bucks??
