Of course I know some folks who hate the idea of people shopping for them, seem to think only they know how to pick out decent fruit. And you do have to be willing to deal with stock outs and subs, but overall it's just become how we shop 90% of the time.

We started using the Fred Meyer pick up service as well as Walmart well before the pandemic because my wife had knee surgery. And even though at that time we paid for it we never went back to indoor shopping.
