Well, I always use the one side scrubbie type. Not safe eh?
All sponge type materials breed and hold bacteria. Sponges of any sort are not allowed in places that make food for public consumption. Only this type are.

All I know is that the packaging specifically said that it wasn't microwave safe, it was dishwasher safe, and that it was safe for most surfaces (but to test on a small section first). I saw a show about how dirty sponges can get. They said that microwaving a moist sponge would kill all the bacteria. I don't know why the scotch brite types would not be microwaveable. I use them for a while and then reassign kitchen sponges to the bathroom for a while before I toss them out. I use a lot less paper that way.

Here's what I use now:

They come in packs of two, you just toss one in the dishwasher and pull out the other one to wash with. Keeps them fresh and clean.
Here's what I started with:

They're pretty good, too. Just weren't in stock when I was shopping last time.

Somewhere I read that 50% of the carbon emissions produced in North America is from farming practices. (?)

That IS random.
I prefer Pick-A-Size. I think it's rare that I really need a full size paper towel. And... I agree with Tia... that IS random!
I wish they would make the paper towel tear any where I want it, like Aluminum foil.
Also they should offer half height rolls.
I like it!
I guess I missed "The Radom Question"
Here's one:
I've been retired for more than 20 years.
Even during my working life, for many of those years I worked shifts that included Saturday as a normal work day.
And still, today (Saturday) I think of as "a day off". A day when I don't have to do yard work (etc) unless I'm just in the mood to do something.
Splain that Lucy.

My reply was channeling Mike. She used to come back with things like that.

Although, I was young when it came out. So, I should like it.

I never liked it. My older sister loved it and was one of the groupies.
