Help with my interwebs needed... Please!

So... on my computer (both Chrome & IE) as well as my cellphone when I try to open RVF it tells me that it can't find the website. But... I can connect on my cellphone via 4G (not my Comcast Wi-Fi). I have tried clearing everything, rebooting (even unplugged the router)... still nothing. Since I can get on here with my 4G... I assume the issue is somehow tired to my Comcast. Any ideas?

It was down for me so I checked here. http://www.isitdownrightnow.com/rogueval...m.com.html It said it was unable to get a responce from the sites servers so I thought Kam pulled the plug. Though I would think Kam would let us know before shutting down, you never know...

Thank you, VS. I've never heard of that site. Pretty cool link to have. I still can't get RVF via my Comcast Wi-Fi. But I haven't tried clearing everything and rebooting again. I'll try that and see if things will work this morning.

Are you using your home wi-fi network or the new xfinity wifi? http://wifi.comcast.com/

Edit: I think they are having server issues. It just went down for about five minutes. I also just checked with the kids ipod. Didn't work the first time, did the second.

I'm on my home wi-fi network. BUT... I followed the instructions on the link you posted (which said it was down for me)... and it worked! I did the CTRL + F5 then cleared everything, rebooted... voila! Thanks again for your help, VS!

This was a case of "It's not you, it's me". I thought I had processed the domain name renewal, but apparently it never completed with the registrar. Fixed it last night (and thanks to DNS caching, some people could still have issues for up to a day).

Sorry about that!

I'll give as much notice as I can (unless I get hit by a bus or something). Smiling

If you got hit by a bus or something... you wouldn't be around to close us down. I supposed eventually someone would though. Sad

I don't like thinking about it. Thumbs Down

I often have similar thoughts anytime the site is down.

Should pages be expected to load slowly sometimes with these numbers?
