Oh face it. We won't be going back to wearing masks or quarantine. The government may choose not to keep offices and services open, but I think it's just over. No one is going to do it.

I think you're probable right. And the deaths will mount. People in general really have no compassion at all, until one of their own dies. Then someone didn't do enough for them.

Perfectly put.  And ironically, all of this will just strengthen Trump's popularity. Instead of it hurting him, it will gain him followers and strength.

I couldn't agree more.

Me? I'll continue to stay home when possible... wear a mask and practice social distancing when I need to go out.

I don't know.  Seriously.  People who are flouting the pandemic regulations, (and they seem to be in droves) will flock to someone who verifies their feelings and views.  Trump will be seen as speaking for them.  And he will use that.

I think being anti pandemic measures will be the new rallying cry.

Sad, we passed the 100,000 death mark.

Got some numbers from this story
https://abcnews.go.com/US/small-ski-town...itter_abcn

A case of mass exposure.
Quote:Out of 600 brotherhood skiers,126 eventually got sick, and at least four lost their lives.

I'm going to assume all 600 were infected.
So 1 out of 5 get sick.
and fatality of 0.8%

And IF the second wave is as bad as some experts think. THEN how are anti pandemic crows going to look?
