When you're in the text box... look for the little "picture" along the top of the box. Click it and insert the URL of the picture.

The proper way is to right click on the photo and choose "Save as....". It will then be on your hard drive with a title. You then go to an image sharing site such as ImageShack.com and upload it to their site. You copy and paste the url that Image Shack gives you, which you copy here, where you then click on the little picture right above this. A box pops up where you copy the url, OR you can just type [img] before the url of the photo and type [/img] at the end of the photo url.

An easier, but stealing bandwidth way is to right click on the photo and click on Properties. A url, an address is shown. Copy and paste that address, come here, type [img] then paste the address and then [/img]

Clear as mud, right? Confused

I found dropbox to be an great place to place your pictures for posting and for other online storage

EFF that! Scrapper has it right. Sites that don't want their bandwith "stolen" protect it.
