I guess if you mean the guy saying there is no way to get one? It might be very hard if there's no license plate. But it's very common for these older RV's becauseunlike a car a lot of time you don't need a title.
Because people buy them to live in or for storage on their property. I have two like that and I just bought another one LOL.
But it's a nice one we plan to live in when i remodel the inside of my house
