The only thing I can think of is that a tiny house can be built to be VERY energy efficient if it's very well insulated.
Most travel trailers are not. They are not meant to be lived in.
Anther thing odd about all of this is that in Jackson county it's illegal to live in a travel trailer unless you are on a site zoned for that.
It's not even legal to live in an RV on your own land. The tiny houses are in a gray area. I don't see how anyone can build one or live in one without building permits.. framing, insulation, electrical and plumbing ALL have to be inspected on any other house.

You could call it a sculpture, they don't have much regulations on art.
Just because your an art lover and hang out in your sculpture all day (or night), doesn't mean your living there.
I could see going into a deep meditative state in your sculpture. Some might call it sleeping, but that would take an EKG to prove.
As far as where your living, just claim your homeless, but not sculpture-less.
