Ok, as most everyone knows I want a CNG vehicle what is stopping me is that there are not many stations on the west coast that has filling sites. This is neat that even larger vehicles are going that way and that truck stops are making the change for the large trucks.

How much would it cost you to purchase the CNG powered vehicle you want?

Someone I know bought one very cheaply at government auction. However, it had a very limited mileage range, mostly taken up in trips to the refueling station (I might be exaggerating, but it was like a 175 mile range and the station was 50 miles out of his way). In the end, he sold it to someone that worked close to the refueling station, and he thought that was the perfect solution.

the vehicles are not that expensive, it is the fact if I leave this area and head out to the west coast to visit friends and family in CA and in OR I wont be able to get fuel yet. They are starting to get stations out that way, but they are few and far between

I'm just curious why you want one. I assume to save money. I just want to know the figures.
It looks like the Honda you want is 6 to 8 thousand more than the same car that runs on gasoline.
A person could buy a lot of gasoline with that money.
The feasibility must depend on how much you drive a year. The higher cost of a new CNG vehicle, the difference in the cost of CNG versus gasoline.
It seems to me like this would only be a good deal for someone who drives a LOT of long distances.
