Because people like to take fun pics for weddings. We had a few done in black and white w/ all the groomsmen holding revolvers, it's a great shot. Looks straight out of the old west.
If I had it to do over again, I'd have one of myself and the bride stacking rocks while packing heat.

Yes but that's very common and makes sense in a historical way .As opposed to just posing with guns for no apparent reason.

I like guns and all but when I see this I just think WTF? LOL I meant what do their? his guns have to do with marriage? It's just for fun. You would have to know them to understand. Guns, hunting, target shooting, etc. is 'them'.

Yes of course. I just don't get what it has to do with marriage.
Maybe it's a part of their vows... "for better or worse, or else!"

And so it begins. I would NEVER be on a list associated with pot, medical or otherwise. How many on this forum would have to turn in their guns if Oregon follows Hawaii's lead? TVGuy?

I'm not on any lists. Thankfully Oregon has enough intelligent and reasonable people Unlike Mike Winters who see the absurdity of what Hawaii is doing.
And this ridiculous idea that pot smokers can't have guns but alcohol drinkers can or people taking opiates won't last in Hawaii.
And so it begins.
I'm not buying that this idiotic move is the beginning of anything.

Kind'a sounds like it. Though it sounds like the local police should have known better then to rely on the father.

I haven't looked in to this but why in the hell would the police give the FATHER the weapons in the first place? The shooter is 29 years old why in the hell did his daddy get the guns?

Maybe that's how they do things in Tennessee.

The sheriff who gave the father the guns should be fired or better.... jailed.

Didn't this guy have a history of trespassing at the White House? I mean, you can follow the blame chain forever.

IMO there are two people to blame as far as how this nut got his guns back. The sheriff and the father.
But I blamer the sheriff most. I have no idea what right the father had to the guns. The shooter is 29 years old not a minor.

I would agree but I would blame the father most. That's assuming there is some provision in that state that directs the sheriff he can release the weapons to the father.
