Our skier is safe.

Eight miles down the wrong slope. I was really worried about this one. We should never venture, beyond our recliners. But, this one turned out very happy.

I used to laugh at these fools. But then, I got lost on the mountain, picking huckleberries. On a warm summer day. I knew where the Kims were. It might have been here, that I posted it. I was going to hike in, but my wife stopped me. I wasn't in any shape, for the hike. But, I'll always wonder. I feel a little guilty.

As long as I don't roll down the window and ask directions, I'm not lost.

I hit a tree, while I thought I was standing still, in a whiteout. It can be pretty disorienting.

I have gone skiing at different locations throughout CA, OR, UT, and CO, I can't for life of me figure out how in the hell people ski out of a resort.

It's natural selection. Crass, yes, but it is what it is. If you aren't familiar with the area, stay in the marked areas like you are supposed to. I mean, damn, they give you a map. There are maps at each lift exit. You have to WORK to get lost.Unsure

The guy that burns up skiers for his little movies, took an interest in my cousins. They should have signed on. They're beat to Hell anyway. For the joy of it. They'd hunt cliffs on the back side of Ashland. And, they didn't have to be sober, to find their way back.
