Warning Level on RVF

I see that there is a warning level indicator and wonder how one gets points as my level is zero % even though several posts were redacted and I only reported one person once because he was obviously obsessed with the First Lady's bottom.

I think you start with zero and go up from there and if you hit 100 you get a vacation.
I think you get points reduced if you post something really funny or new. That won't happen to you
