It's made with a mix of Euro Greens, Apple, Banana, Blueberries, Raspberries and Walnuts. It may not look very yummy, but it's super delish! I was actually surprised at how tasty it is... and how quick and easy it is to make a yummy (and healthy!) drink.

Interesting.
I hope you will post, from time to time, what your experiences are with this.

Most blenders won't handle those ingredients very well. Blender blades are a bit different from the chopping blade included in contraptions like that. I had a magic bullet that was pretty cool. Don't have it anymore though.Sad

Sounds great.

I am starving. It's time to make my own damned breakfast I guess.

I'll start with eggs and sausage with a short stack of pancakes on the side. Then I'll move on to some biscuits and gravy and a Bloody Mary to wash it down. Then finish it off with a bowl of Upma, an Indian style cream of wheat with nuts fruit and vegetables. That should do it. Laughing

I think you'll see that fat isn't the problem it was made out to be. They are finding out that sugar is the culprit.

So why are women like bacon?
They smell good.
They taste good,
And they kill men slowly.

I make my own hash. I use Coconut Oil to cook the taters, onions, peppers... I use LEAN beef. The eggs are also fried in Coconut Oil. So... it's not really that high in fat. And... we're sharing a NutriBullet greens/veggie/fruit shake with it! Big Grin

Having a bowl of Bob's 10 grain hot cereal with dried apricots and cranberries. Yummy! But what I really want is scrambled eggs, sausages, and deep golden brown hash browns. Don't forget the ketchup!

Baby spinach, cocktail cucumbers, and a hard boiled egg salad. I got the spinach last week at the Thursday grower's market. Very fresh.

Just feel like those eggs need some toast.

BTW, "artisinal toast" is the upcoming hip food craze. Go to a coffee bar, get two orders of toast and two cups of coffee and spend $20.00.

That's nice that you have a growers market operating . I haven't been yet. But I've discovered something better (to a degree) in my area. The Natural Grocers on Table Rock road has really high quality organic veggies. AMAZING lettuce and kale. (that's what I grabbed last time. ) Supermarket stuff pales compared to this stuff.
