Well, first of all, I don't want green beans on my sandwich. They look over cooked, or perhaps pickled? and the salmon looks a little under-cooked.. To me, it just doesn't yell make me the state sandwich.

I thought those were green beans but then decided they were onion greens. Or asparagus.

I agree, the sauce would make be step away. But, if one would take it all apart and eat it bit by bit, it might be yummy, sans sauce.
