I do believe the Justice dept thru' the Obana administration indicate they would not pursue medical marijuana cases. With conditions of course.

I say BULLSHIT. Just because people are medical MJ growers doesn't mean they weren't selling and being plain old drug dealers.
That's my guess. That's who the feds have gone after around here. People who broke the law.

This Jerry Duval who is now the deceased poster child to show how the brutal feds target poor innocent sick people plead GUILTY to manufacture and sales and had 1.7 millions dollars at the time.

It is way past time for government to stop regulating the use of God given plants. No laws, no tax, no regulation. Sewer systems clogged by butt wipes in low flush toilets is something bureaucrats need to get behind, and do something about before everyone's home is filled with backed up sewage.

I know I will regret saying this, but I mostly agree with your sentiment. I don't however understand your concern with the municipal sewer system.

It isn't a problem here, yet. However, mandated low gallon capacity toilets do not have enough pressure to fully flush, and move butt wipes out to sea. http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2013/09/23...77082.html

The Scotts green energy recycled rolls, are the tree huggers dream. I buy the 8 pack. We probably need a bidet in every home mandate. There would be less paper wasted, and a greater empathy toward the Arab population. It isn't any wonder they don't shake hands with TP users. Too often, I've witnessed those who flush, and rush. The stoned doggy must be the one David Letterman referred to when he mention what dogs favorite thing was to do on New Years eve; drinking eggnog from the toilet. Question; why do you think the Huffington Post chose that image for the article?

From Huffington Post, 9/10
In the first congressional hearing since the administration announced a new, permissive enforcement policy, law enforcement and drug-prevention groups and their congressional allies see an opportunity to push back. The administration's Aug. 29 announcement allows the two states where recreational marijuana use has been legalized – Colorado and Washington – to go their own way without federal interference as long as they implement strong enforcement systems.
