Have any of you been curious enough to read some of this sites older posts. I believe there are diamonds in those piles of mud covered rocks. Since I cant publish those gems as my own, I plan to publish a book titled the wisdom of the RVF. It is two pages long so far.

The one that caught my eye:
"Rhode Island But I really belong in Alaska."
Great punch line, who cares what the joke was.

Until they say "screw it" and give up? Something happened on this site a month or so ago that makes it difficult to connect. I usually get a few good hours of posting with no delays, but then the slow connect takes over. My solution has been to reboot which always fixes the problem until it happens again. It is a pain in the ass. I quit paying my dues. Lets see if that motivates the management to fix it.

At what point does the server reach saturation and requires a cleaning for storage space, does that affect connection and speed?

I don't think the database size is a huge issue; we don't allow file uploads, so it's only 317MB, which isn't bad. With databases, it's more about indexing, and all of the queries look like they're using indexed fields.
I have a suspicion that we may be getting limited down to a certain number of concurrent processes on the database server at our hosting provider. We may have outgrown what we can do with a shared hosting account (non dedicated server), but I'll have to do some digging still.

Thanks Kam. I'm getting the Internal Error msg.
By the way, the IOS7 update/interface with videos seems to have now been fixed
