Police seek man who took teen girl from Grant County

Police are searching for a man who is believed to have taken a 16-year-old girl against her will from Royal City, Washington.

Police say the victim, Monica Helberg is white, about 5 feet 7 inches tall with brown hair and brown eyes, and is possibly with 22-year-old Miles Moncada.

Moncada is described as 6 feet 1 inch talll weighing 165 pounds and has brown hair and brown eyes.

Mondaca drives a yellow 2010 Ford Focus with California license plate 7AME520 and police fear he his heading to California.

Confusing? Restraining order issued for 16 yr old against a 21 yr old. Then an Amber Alert was issued because of her age, but then cancelled, now an Endanger Person advisory.

Parents of 16 yr old?
