There is no album called "Rednecks". Perhaps you are thinking of "Good Old Boys".
We saw Randy in the 70's in Lawrence and kept bugging him to play "The Beehive State" and he kept ignoring us. Finally, he looked right at us smiling(we were in about the 6th or 7th row) and said "Man I can't remember the lyrics anymore."

I'm not aware of "Something New Under The Sun". Will try to find it.
I think the man is an immense talent. I'l give my left one for a chance to have lunch with him. A boy from LA, with all those Delta story's. Go figure.
I've seen him live several times, last time at Brit. I enjoy him, but really prefer to hear him from the studio with good back up.
