Naked man in Portland street hit, killed by passing car

Police got a call at 4:04 a.m. that a naked man was running through traffic near Columbia and Portsmouth Ave. While they were on their way, they got a call he was doing pushups in traffic.

Then, they got a third call that he’d been hit by a car.

When they got to the scene, the man was dead.

I remember my mother telling me about the time she was at a restaurant and say a guy run into the middle of the road, drop his pants and underwear, and do jumping jacks.

This could just have been a drunken dare gone horribly awry, or it could have been some guy hyped up on meth and hallucinating that he was at the gym. But I doubt it was a nudist fitness buff.
