'Restaurant Impossible' Coming to Ashland

Quote:ASHLAND, Ore. – National makeover show Restaurant Impossible is coming to Ashland to work it’s TV magic on Mystic Treats.
According to the restaurant’s owners, the show’s host, Robert Irvine, and his crew will be at the location on Ashland St. in the Tolman Creek Shopping Plaza on Tuesday Nov. 4 and Wednesday Nov. 5 for the remodel and grand reopening.
The Food Network gives Irvine two days and $10,000 to reinvent struggling restaurants across the country. The show recently aired it’s 100th episodes.
The show’s producer’s are seeking volunteers for the shoot. Those interested in helping with painting, crafting, remodeling, cleaning and decorating need to email rivolunteer@shootersinc.com by 9:00 AM, Friday October 31st, with their full name, email, and cell number using subject line: FN 1004 OR VOLUNTEER. Meals will be provided, and volunteers will likely be on TV. More information about shifts and other details can be found here.
Mystic Treats is also bulking up it’s staff for the event. Those with previous restaurant experience that are interested in applying can bring a resume to 2345 Ashland St., Ste 205 from noon to 9:00 PM.
