Tonight we watched "The Finest Hours"... another true story.  Hubby and I both enjoyed it.

I watched it last night. It wasn't great, but I enjoyed it also.

I hope it's really true but Captain Philips was supposed to be true also and it was not at all.

Would you please redo that sentence for me? I'm not smart enough to get it.

"Captain Philips" was a movie starring Tom Hanks. About a huge cargo ship that was hijacked.. remember? It was advertised on based on a true story. Just like "The Finest Hours" is based on a true story and not as Scrapper said an actual "true story".



The movie portrayed the captain as level headed hero.
The crew from the ship said he was a careless, reckless and arrogant fool. And the events that REALLY took place were altered for the movie.
