It's from trainspotting. I have no idea why we were left to guess.

I didn't know it was a guessing game. I thought the quote from film juxtaposed with the scene seemed an obvious nod to how dark the humor is...( I mean they don't look like they're up to any good in this clip.) And it's a film about JUNKIES!! No?  OK, then.

 
I take your point, Tia, but the quote from the film is a mute point if one has not seen the film, and the scene fails to connect it to THAT film, I think. So, some of us guessed. 

OK, Wonk...if you say so...I know lots of movies by their image without having ever seen them.  I knew Trainspotting was about drug abuse without having seen it.  I READ a Clockwork Orange, so I knew that theme too. I mean Malcom McDowell is a generation removed from McGregor, but there we go, battling over really inane bits instead of just going with the flow of the conversation.  Well, I say it's a conversation, but that may be an exaggeration.
