when I was at my previous address with different router and cable box. but the TV is the same. AND sometimes it doesn't do that. Just luck of the draw. I do suspect it must be device oriented, since I don't have the problem with the laptop. I have no idea how to refresh the smart tv though.
I don't Know....I'll likely blow the TV up.
