They have a fire going and made coffee, so they're warm and toasty!

So they don't have a charger for cell phones that plug in to the cars? They should get one,, it sounds like they live in the boondocks somewhat?

LOL  Actually, no.  They ended up getting bamboozled by some company that offers these great deals to seniors... which turns out to be bullshit.  All they got were 2 piece of crap phones and the wall charger.  I did just hear from them about 10 minutes ago though... they have power again!  Yay!

Wow, I missed this thread. My power was out when the snow hit and this thread dropped off the radar by the time I got power again.

I have the trusty 4x4 Tahoe... so it shouldn't matter.  Big Grin

It's snowing, but not here. You Medford and Ashland people need to report in. Lazy lurking is no way to spend you time on a discussion forum.

The snow has stopped, for the time being, but it stuck to the roads, so that sucks.

There's a dusting on the lawn and car. Not on the roads.

We have some snow today. Just enough (2"?) to allow the kids to do some swooshing down the hill we live on. I love it when I don't have to drive for more than an hour for them to do this. They've been out twice with a hot cocoa in between.  Big Grin

We had a few flurries in the morning and dusting on the ground. It melted within an hour. It's going warm up here over the next few days. I'm Ready.

We had a light dusting this morning... followed by freezing rain.
