The Grants Pass Department of Public Safety says that they were able to find a suspect's vehicle after watching video surveillance. 
They say that the owner of the vehicle was wanted out of Wisconsin for prior forgery and uttering of forged instruments. Officers found the woman, identified as 25-year-old Lita Zimmer, and arrested her on the outstanding warrants.
