I found it growing on my property and I don't think I've ever seen this before.

 I don't know, but if you don't need that 2X4 I could find a use for it. 

PS: The plant is, I think, a "North American Green Thing that grows without a lot of help". Latin is: Markarellies Agustia Wildrilla in Fielderaria".

Looks like milkweed.
Does it bleed white when you cut the stock?

I just scrolled through a bunch of google images of milkweed and I don't see anything similar.

It kind of looks like a sweet pea vine, maybe a bird dropped a seed, or crapped a seed. Keep an eye on it, see if it flowers.
