Young Hillary Clinton heard laughing while discussing her defense of an accused child rapist in newly discovered audio tapes

I have to wonder if you read what you link.
Me too. According to the article, she snickered when discussing the lie detector test. Then she said she lost faith in polygraph tests after her client passed the test. That sure the he'll isn't laughing at the idea of getting a child raper off, which is what the headline seems to infer.

No and it's obvious to anyone who is honest that she did not laugh about how she "got him off"

She didn't laugh about that at all and she did not "get him off"

"the prosecuting attorney agreed to a plea deal involving a lesser charge that carried a five-year sentence, of which the judge suspended four years and allowed two months credit of time already served towards the remaining year:"

"Even now, that outcome is not unusual for violent criminal charges: 2014 statistics show that 97% of criminal cases (including rape) are resolved by plea bargain, and only 3% go to trial. The ratio of plea bargains to trials was similar in 1970 [PDF]."

My gripe? Low life liars who spread information they know is a lie OR they are just too stupid to figure it out.
