The Smoke & Air Quality are bad... FREE FACE MASKS!
#1
AllCare Health office's in Medford and Grants Pass are giving away free face masks to protect Southern Oregonians from wildfire smoke and poor air quality. Anyone can get a free mask, you do not have to be an AllCare Health member.

I know I should, but I can't handle the masks. You feel like you can't breathe and then you put on a mask and you feel like you can't breathe even more!

I've been fantasizing of a trip to cleaner air very soon.   Smiling

I was thinking of going to the coast but it's smoky there too. Long Beach Wa. appears clear but nobody else wants to travel almost three hours each way.

All I know is: I feel quite bad. And a lot of other people are too. A little rain would be appreciated. Well, a lot of rain.

You should try wearing one in a super hot attic while you are crawling around working. I'm having a hard time having any empathy for you Razz

Medford or air quality is 278 VERY UNHEALTHY.

I noticed it today before I even went out. It stinks like when someone puts water on a fire.

Holy crap I hope you have some kind of air filtration.

It looks like it may be even worse than you stated...

Yes I have both.  Just a little exertion and I need my inhaler.  I actually need to go to the laundromat but the idea of going out is holding me back. Sad

He he.  It's just that I spent so many hours wearing a mask in hot attics and crawl spaces while exerting myself and making my self breathe harder than someone just walking and wearing a mask.

There's these new homeowners across the street from me who are ANIMALS about work. They have been working like maniacs all day across the street while I sit inside here and wheeze! Laughing
