Actually, if call the number they will tell you if your area is down, and if it's not, and they will call you back if you ask them to.

I went and bought a new router at Best buy. I guess that was the problem. I also replaced two Ethernet cables. Of course non of that worked at first.
I think I hooked it up wrong. The wife said as much and she messed with it for a couple hours but to no avail.
So I just now went through the whole mess again and something I did made it work .

Also while I was at Best buy I talked to their stereo installers and found out why my bluetooth for hands free phone didn't work.
Turns out I had the microphone plugged in the the auxiliary jack. Not an easy fix because the mike jack is on the back of the stereo so I had to tear the whole dash apart AGAIN!!
But I did it and it works

I wish I would have just paid the 56 bucks for them to install it in the first place.
