There was no way I was going to buy something else, because they confirmed my sale and THEN sent me an email telling me to call their customer service line who, (after a half hour)THEN tole me it was out of stock and tough titty, said the kitty.

And now you answered your question to me of why it matters. Because I want to know who NOT to do business with.
Oh, ok. It was  Kohls.  I'm finding those vacuums elsewhere so it's not a big deal, I'll just wait a bit.
Thanks for the info. I'm not sure if my wife shops there or not. The only time I've even been in there was to use them as an entrance to the rest of the mall.
Now that's funny.

Me too.  But this was online. Not the box store.

S9 eh?  Mine is an S5. maybe (probably) I don't know what I'm missing but the phone I have seems to work fine for everything I need.

Status symbol is all you would be missing.
Camera & battery life are huge differences. I have the S6 Edge+ right now... the S9 blows it out of the water.

I guess it would be nice to have a little better camera. But In all the years I've had my phone it still has the same battery it came with. Neither my wife or I have ever had to buy a battery.
How often do you have to charge your battery? Has it ever died on you? This isn't about needing to replace the battery... it's about the length of standby and usage time.

iPhone and most Apple products aren't compatible with the apps/programs my husband has to use.

I always charge my phone over night. If I forget I charge it in the morning. I also have a charger in my car so it's almost never died on me. Smiling

I've had mine die at really inopportune times; like trying to get videos and pictures at family events, trips to the pumpkin patch, holiday get togethers, etc. The new phone won't have that problem.
