A new heat pump? Or did you not have one before? Kohler makes top of the line stuff.
It's our generator.

OH yeah I forgot you said you were getting one. Nice. Do you have an automatic transfer switch in the garage. And I guess it's in the middle of the sidewalk because of some code?
Yes... and kinda. After the gas company comes to do their thing (and before the inspection) it'll be moved a smidge closer to the garage.

Good LOL but what does the gas company have to do with anything?

Well, I wasn't clear on that... not the actual "gas company"... it's the heating & a/c company that actually connects it to the gas line. It can be used with gas or propane.

OK I didn't get it. I had no clue the generator ran off natural gas. Cool beans

I always turn my heat way down at night. To save money, but also, I sleep much better in a cooler house. I know in the Netherlands, and Northern Europe, and Russia it's traditional to nap young children (infants and older babies) outside even in freezing weather.

We have always turned the heat off at night except for when we have the occasional times when it's like 20 Degrees or less. But so far this year since I am using nothing but a small electric heater sometimes I leave it on all night.
But if it gets to be 70 I get up and turn it off LOL.
I like it fairly cold when I sleep. Same with the wife.
