Pretty nice Cetus. I'm not seeing too many bigger ones, I have the same problem. I think it's the heat.
I've also got a lot with blossom rot
I added a lot of lime to the soil this year which seems to have really reduced the amount of blossom end rot, but many of my tomatoes are smaller too. The exception are the beefsteak tomatoes that are fairly big.
I just returned from Wild River Pizza, and to my dismay the buyer said that they are only buying Roma tomatoes. I have lots of Romas but I did not take any, plus the wife and SIL are planing a sauce and canning party for this weekend so I can only sell or give away the extras.
I think some varieties of my hybrids are more prone to blossom rot than others.
I have one plant that is really bad. Whatever that is I won't grow it again.
I'll try some lime before next year. And test my PH.
