I'm really glad I didn't plant anything yet because they have a roof cleaning company here that have pressure-washed years of growth and gunk all over everything.
Sounds like carpet weed.
I think the Sedum is more aesthetically pleasing than Carpet Weed, but the Purslane may work if it you can eat it too.
Well, purslane might not be as attractive. Have you ever had it? It's quite nice. It has a very neutral flavor, but is crisp and juicy. Like the way cucumber is. I see it being sold at growers markets sometimes.
