A doe deer has called our place home for the past 5 years. Last week she was hit and killed by a car. This spring she had 2 fawns that are now old enough to survive on their own. They still hang out on the property and seem to be doing fine.
I need to let go of that garden before the first frost so the deer can have some. I think I'll do it today after it stops raining.

You bet. I have 12 cans of S&W canned tomatoes in the larder.
