Here is an update on the 10 strikes law being proposed by Senator Klobuchar. It makes streaming a felony.

The entertainment industry is freaking out about sites that embed and stream infringing content, and want law enforcement to put people in jail over it, rather than filing civil lawsuits.... We already pointed to one possibility: that people embedding YouTube videos could face five years in jail. Now, others are pointing out that it could also put kids who lip sync to popular songs, and post the resulting videos on YouTube, in jail as well.

That's right: Ten strikes and you could get jail time. A month ago, the Hollywood industry magazine, Variety, reported, "Industry lobbyists pressed House members on Wednesday to pass legislation that would make illegal streaming of movies, TV shows and other types of content a felony...."

This is just one more step to rendering video sharing impotent . In the end it will be about total control. We should be thankful there are records of all the people who intend on staying in control and what they plan to do. No mercy will be shone to them on the big day.

The issue of the You Tube stuff and the recording industry on face value has some validity. It has to do with intellectual property protection not he internet . Thing is all this tech being introduced into society has a dirty underside waiting to be exposed every time something new comes about . This underlying issue here is controlling people.


Go ahead and deny it , but I ask you what is the solution to people having to pay for everything they think , feel and express ? Because they now pretty much purchase their mental state via the media. Globalism in action and a real time example of a cyborg society . The main focus of the machine is to gather information to make everything intellectual the property of the huge internet Corps.

Humans are expected to comply and merge their whole lives cyber society. Is that Universal restoration ? Perhaps simply training wheels to one ? If so why all the necessity for advertisement in order to consume so much of our time and energy ?....... and what ever else HD can do as far as extra subliminal thought inceptions.

The recording industry wants people to be plugged into it's content 24 7 and that includes adverts. They are blood suckers and the plug on all this tech shit fueling an economy is bullshit as well. What the underlying issue here is greed opposing Universal Restoration because if enough people started being able to breath in harmony and share thought and vision the machine and it's owners would be at risk of losing it all. It really doesn't belong to them in the first place.


They want being plugged in to be mandatory that is the goal. These you tubes are a distraction to the assimilating process sponsored by Greed Inc. The big day will come and the WWW system will be streamlined for use instead of abuse. Home Spun
