I have no idea why you wouldn't just make some, but if you are determined to buy it you can call this restaurant in Grants Pass that uses it and ask them where they get it.

Hey Clete, (or anyone else) have you tried it yet?
Just want to try it. I'm not too much into cooking anymore. Pretty tame on the cooking front. My Mexican friend makes the most awesome green salsa. (It isn't exactly salsa verde). So yummy. She explained to me how she made it. Even gave me the chiles she uses. Mine doesn't taste nearly as wonderful as hers.
I'm thinking in Medford, the mostly likely source is probably food for less. I've never seen it there though.
